FULL BIOGRAPHY

Born in Santa Catarina, Karla Hill began her artistic training through music. With her hometown choir, she performed throughout Brazil, Argentina and South Africa. As a teenager, he went to Curitiba, where he studied Psychology and Music. Still in the capital of Paraná, she formed the authorial band Paranoika, of which she is vocalist and composer. Even with Paranoika, Karla toured the Netherlands in 2013. The following year, feeling the need to improve on stage, she moved to São Paulo and started studying theater. Since then, he fell in love with the craft and decided to pursue both careers in parallel. His major training was with the renowned theater director Antunes Filho, at the Theater Research Center (CPT/SESC). She joined the group in 2016 and 2017 and, in addition to being an actress, was an assistant director and teacher. In 2019, she participated in the Latin American Arts Festival (CASA), in London, with the play Cartas para Agnès. Since 2020, he has been part of the research of the Màli de Teatro group, directed by Marcos de Andrade. Still this year, he wrote and acted in the short film “À Francesa” which participated in several festivals around the world. And in 2021, Karla participated in the audiovisual/online experience “Inconfessáveis II”, directed by Marcelo Varzea. Now, in addition to recording her first work on television in the soap opera "Reis", Karla is also preparing her release as a solo singer: since 2020, she has been dedicating herself to composing songs that express more of her essence, bringing a part of her trajectory as an artist It's woman.
